Hi may i know if Bella Casita Top already? we are interested. But not sure how much we can get from the bank? We have a 4room hdb,july going to pay off. So can get 80% from bank i think. Thanks

Hi Mdm Yeo,

It's going to TOP soon.

If you are going to pay off your outstanding housing loan, you are eligible to loan up to 80% of valuation/ purchase price.
